You know what to do. I help you do it when it counts.
I help leaders close the gap between knowing the right move and making it, when the pressure is on.

Founder of ProAttitudes. Creator of Moment.
Not prevention. Recovery.
Most programs promise you will never slip. Real life does not work that way. The most useful thing I do is shrink the time between the hard moment and the comeback, until a bad day costs an hour instead of a week. Recovery, not relief.
It comes down to the moment.
Most leaders do not have a knowledge problem. They have a moment problem. The moment between the trigger and the reaction is where a pattern repeats or breaks. Most never see it. It runs their day anyway.
Wired in, not just willed.
The patterns we run under pressure are not only habits, they are wired in. Reframe them at the moment, and the trajectory changes, in how you lead and how you live. That belief is the whole reason this works.
I lived the gap.
I spent my career around high performers, in hospital rooms, classrooms, and boardrooms. The ones who thrived were not the ones with more willpower or better information. They had an inner coach guiding the choice instead of an inner critic driving it. I knew that. I taught that. And I was still the fish in the bowl. The gap between knowing and doing nearly cost me everything that mattered. So I built the way out.
Earned, not borrowed.
Twenty years in corporate leadership, in medical devices. That chapter began the hard way. The wellness startup I was taking public through Cantor Fitzgerald, in the World Trade Center, ended on September 11, 2001. I went from hero to zero and rebuilt. Before all of it, years at the bedside in hospital care and at the front of the classroom, clinical training that still grounds the work. COVID brought me back to coaching, the work I love.

I've used many coaches and programs over 20 years — none were sustainable. Evan's 360 method covers spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical health, not just diet. He teaches you to love who you are and celebrate every win, no matter how small, and to treat setbacks as feedback. My friends and family all ask how I did it; my answer is simple: Evan from ProAttitudes. My life is changed forever — and it will change yours too. Read more
