About

EVAN MESTMAN

Evan Mestman started his career in nutrition with a passion for knowledge and a motivation to help those who struggle with being their best mentally, physically, and spiritually. As an adolescent, Evan was challenged with his own need to lose weight, become healthy and stay fit. When he took his first nutrition class in college, it resonated to the point of becoming his pivotal moment and his career path was set. After receiving his master’s and becoming a Registered Dietician, he worked in hospital ICU’s with the most critical of patients. He saw their fears and vulnerabilities and realized that having the right attitude was half the battle. He started studying the psychology of behavior and change which led to the development of his first nutrition program Appetite and Attitudes. He became a diabetes educator, and an adjunct professor teaching Nutrition and Disease as well as Nutrition and Performance for over 10 years.

Our coaches

Stella Miric

Stella is ambitious, enthusiastic and highly determined performance nutritionist who is always seeking opportunities to explore the field of sports, nutrition and has a holistic approach in solving problems. She holds MSc degree in Sport Nutrition from Liverpool John Moores University and has been successfully leading and improving European Network of Dietetic Students for over 2 years. As the president of ENDietS she developed great interpersonal and leadership skills that enables her to empower and coach others to become a better version of themselves.

Nancy Sweeney

Nancy began her career in nursing with a lifelong passion for health and wellness to help others. While Nancy enjoyed a career in healthcare as a RN, there was always a feeling of wanting to do more to help people on a personal level. She knew she wanted to transition into the field of wellness to help others on their journey to acquiring optimal health in both their body and mind. She enjoys helping others to explore their own motivation to reach their personal goals.
