About Evan Mestman

Evan started where you are now—knowing what to do, but stuck in the cycle of not following through.

As a Registered Dietitian working in hospital ICUs, he watched critical patients fight not just physical battles, but mental ones. The difference between those who thrived and those who didn’t wasn’t willpower. It was whether they had an inner coach guiding their choices.

This led him to develop the B3 Method: a system that blends nutrition science with psychology—helping high-performers make intentional choices, without falling back into diet prison.

Today, Evan has taught thousands of leaders how to lose weight with their mind, not just their mouth—including through the AI technology behind Better Bite Buddy.
